# -PTF- Terms & Notices

The minimum practical terms for using the -PTF- Armada community website.

Last reviewed: 16 September 2026

## Community website

ptfarmada.com is a non-commercial community website for -PTF- Armada and Star Trek Online players. Information is provided for community and reference purposes.

## Acceptable Use Policy

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, submit fabricated or manipulated game scores, evade leaderboard-name moderation, or use the site to harm other users or services. Public leaderboard names may be rejected or removed when they violate the name policy or are used abusively. Administrative areas are for authorised -PTF- administrators only.

## Community records

The Activity timeline is maintained as a public historical record of -PTF- fleet progress, events and milestones. Historical entries may be corrected, unpublished or removed when information is inaccurate, inappropriate to retain or no longer suitable for the public archive. Requests concerning personal information in an Activity entry can be sent to [contact@ptfarmada.com](mailto:contact@ptfarmada.com).

## Curated Resources directory

The Resources directory links to third-party tools, communities, creators and services selected for practical Star Trek Online reference. Inclusion does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by -PTF- Armada or by the listed party. Third-party names, logos, profile images, trademarks and other media remain subject to their owners' rights. Listings may be corrected, updated or removed when they become inaccurate, unavailable, unsuitable for the directory, or following a reasonable rights or privacy request.

## Automated access and AI use

Public content on ptfarmada.com is intentionally available for normal search crawling and indexing, AI retrieval/input, and AI model training or fine-tuning. To the extent -PTF- Armada controls the relevant rights, automated systems may access, analyse, index, summarise, reproduce, transform and use that public content for those purposes. The current crawler policy is published in [robots.txt](https://ptfarmada.com/robots.txt) and equivalent public Content-Signal response headers.

This permission does not extend to administrative or non-public areas, API endpoints excluded by the published crawler policy, access-controlled services, private data, attempts to bypass security controls, or rights owned by third parties. It only grants permissions that -PTF- Armada is entitled to grant; it does not waive privacy or data-protection rights and does not grant rights over third-party personal data, names, images, trademarks or other protected material. Star Trek, Star Trek Online and related marks remain the property of their respective owners.

## External links

The site links to third-party tools, communities and services. -PTF- Armada does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or continued suitability.

## Refund / Returns Policy

-PTF- Armada does not sell goods, subscriptions, memberships, digital products or paid services through ptfarmada.com and does not take payments here. Refunds and returns are therefore not applicable.

## Copyright Notice

Original -PTF- website and tool text, presentation and graphics are protected by copyright where applicable. © 2026 -PTF- Armada. Star Trek, Star Trek Online and related marks belong to their respective owners. -PTF- Armada is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBS Studios or Arc Games.

## Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but no uninterrupted service or guaranteed game-score delivery is promised. Network loss, browser closure, service limits or an unavailable backend can prevent a score from reaching the leaderboard. Content, links and these terms may be updated when the community or site changes.

## Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [contact@ptfarmada.com](mailto:contact@ptfarmada.com).
